Habasit introduces a new 6.4mm thick folding rail belt, the UM155SPVC-A. This belt has a soft PVC cover for positive grip of corrugated boxes and is non-marking. Because of its nonwoven carcass, it is wear resistant, fray resistant and tear and gouge resistant. It is flexible in all directions and can with stand twisting. The UM155SPVC-A also has better lace retention as well as adhesive free joining capabilities which will help eliminate splice failure.
