New COO at the Helm of Stillwater Technologies

Stillwater Technologies, Inc. is pleased to announce that Larry Beres has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer.

"With decades of industry experience," said Lukens, President and CEO of Stillwater, "Larry brings operational excellence with proven results." In his new role, Beres will be challenged to fine tune Stillwater operations increasing the quality and value in the products and services Stillwater provides its customers.

Most recently, Beres has held the position of Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Preco Inc. of Lenexa Kansas, the nation's largest manufacturer of laser systems. His background includes experience in the chemicals industry with Goodyear Chemical as well as the packaging industry with National Can Corporation and International Bottle Company, which he founded. Additionally, Mr. Beres was an owner of Electra Group, a company manufacturing tooling and robotics for the plastic bottle market and served as an owner of Tooling Tech Group, a diversified group of companies producing tooling for the thermoform and injection molding markets. Holding a B.S. degree in Chemistry and an MBA, Beres is a graduate of Kent State University. He and his wife Linda reside in Tipp City, Ohio.

Stillwater Technologies, Inc. is a contract tooling and machining company serving customers in the aerospace, automotive, communication and machine tools industries.
