New Appointments Expand Tribold's Products and Strategy Group


London, UK, 10 May, 2007: Tribold today announces the strengthening of its Products and Strategy Group with the appointment of two leading industry experts, Ernest Margitta as Director of Product Marketing, and Ian Pulford as Director of Product Management. Joining from Telstra, Margitta will play a key role in sales, marketing and customer support, while Pulford will be responsible for delivering new products to market.

The two appointments are further evidence of Tribold's ongoing expansion, following recent strategic partnerships forged with Capgemini and Convergys, and last March's $15million dollar Series B funding round from Esprit Capital Partners and Eden Ventures.

Margitta joins from Telstra, where he was Director for Product Transformation, responsible for leading the strategy and implementation of new products and tools to realize life cycle and management benefits.

With nearly 14 years' experience in the CSP industry, he will now apply all his expertise to the supplier side of the industry. As Director of Product Marketing at Tribold, Margitta will be responsible for market product positioning, proposition evangelization, key alliance management and sales and marketing support.

Pulford moves from his position as Director of Product Management with Evolved Networks Ltd. In this role, his sales and marketing approach to product development drove the successful delivery of a host of new software releases, and saw him negotiate multi-million pound deals with leading telco operators across Europe. As Tribold's new Director of Product Management, Pulford will take a similarly market-oriented approach to deliver the best possible solutions to market to fulfill Tribold's ambitious, industry-leading product road map.
