FREMONT, California, Oct 19, 2009 - Elma Bustronic Corporation, an industry leading designer and manufacturer of high performance backplanes has expanded its extensive VPX backplane product line with a 1-slot power and ground version. The 7U power and ground VPX backplane from Bustronic is a simple and cost-effective development tool. All of the pins on the backplane are user-defined. It has power studs for 3.3V, 5V, and 12Vand the rear connectors are fully loaded. The development backplane currently comes in a 1-slot size with 4, 5, and 6-slot versions planned. Bustronic also plans to offer VPX power and ground backplanes in a 3U form factor. All of Bustronic's VPX backplanes are compliant to the latest VITA 46 specifications. Bustronic also offers 3U and 6U VPX backplanes; test extender boards, load boards, air baffles, and SerDes test modules. The lead-time is 2-3 weeks ARO. About ELMA BUSTRONIC:
