Web-based Training Offers Rapid, Cost-Effective Learning for Neverfail's High Availability and Disaster Recovery Solutions

AUSTIN, Texas, March 20 - The Neverfail Group (Neverfail), a leading global software company providing both a high availability solution and disaster recovery software, today announced the company has enhanced its eLearning programs for worldwide customers and partners. In 2005, Neverfail became the first company of its kind to offer an online training program for customers and partners.

The new eLearning program offers a state-of-the-art, Web-based curriculum detailing Neverfail's suite of high availability products for Windows®-based applications. From the comfort of their own home or office, Neverfail partners and customers take part in interactive learning programs incorporating Flash technology, PDF documentation and "how to" articles with voice-over narration. Exams follow each lesson and lead toward Neverfail customer or partner certification.

The customer eLearning program includes tips covering day-to-day operations and maintenance of Neverfail's products. By passing the exam, customers become a Neverfail Certified Administrator (NCA).

"The NCA training provides superior content and delivery," said Mark Perry, IT Manager for Portfolio Advisors LLC, an employee-owned firm providing a full range of private equity investment advisory and portfolio management services. "The training offers me, as well as other Neverfail customers, the day-to-day information I need to fully understand how to manage and best utilize Neverfail's products."

Partners have three different training courses available which include: o Neverfail Certified Implementation Engineer (NCIE) training - designed for engineers who are responsible for implementing Neverfail's products within a customer environment. o Neverfail Certified Sales Professional (NCSP) training - designed for sales personnel or parties wanting a basic sales understanding of Neverfail's products and business processes associated with Neverfail's partner program. o Neverfail Certified Sales Engineer (NCSE) training - designed for sales engineers who are responsible for demonstrating and discussing Neverfail's architecture, product features and functionality.

"The content and delivery of Neverfail's new eLearning series is first-class," said Lori Demkovich, managing consultant with MTM Technologies. "It provides an excellent foundation for implementing and managing Neverfail's solutions. Without exception, this is the best eLearning experience I have ever had."

"Our ability to provide Neverfail customers and partners with the educational materials they need is of the utmost importance to Neverfail," said John Posavatz, VP of Product Management at Neverfail. "Our updated eLearning program provides customers with valuable information about day-to-day operations and maintenance of Neverfail products which enables them to keep their business up and running at all times. Direct customer and partner feedback has enabled Neverfail to make a variety of improvements to ensure the company presents the right information at the right time so that our customers and partners not only learn but also enjoy the process."
