Nemerix Names Jurg Briner as its Chief Financial Officer

Manno, CH, 12 September, 2006: NemeriX (www.nemerix.com), a leading fabless semiconductor company specializing in ultra low power RF and base-band solutions for GPS and wireless applications, today announced that Jürg Briner has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer.
A business administration graduate and a trained auditor, Mr. Briner has extensive professional experience in the areas of finance, accounting and controlling at both national and international companies.
Before joining NemeriX, Mr. Briner held the position of CFO at Analytik Jena AG where he assumed independent executive board responsibility. Previous to that, he was employed in senior commercial posts at various international corporations and at KPMG in Geneva.
