Nema Issues Schedule for Release of Confidence Survey Results

ROSSLYN, VA September 25, 2006-NEMA Business Information Services, the economic analysis and market research arm of the National Electrical Manufacturers Association, has announced the release schedule for its monthly Electroindustry Business Confidence Index (EBCI) report. The EBCI report is expected to be posted to NEMA's website between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM Eastern on the last Wednesday of each month (or on the next business day, should NEMA's offices be closed). NEMA reserves the right to amend this schedule at any time without further notice.

The Electroindustry Business Confidence Index gauges the business confidence of the electroindustry in North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia, and is based on the results of a monthly survey of a panel of senior executives of NEMA member companies.
NEMA is the trade association of choice for the electrical manufacturing industry. Founded in 1926 and headquartered near Washington, D.C., its 430 member companies manufacture products used in the generation, transmission and distribution, control, and end-use of electricity.
