New Berlin, WIÂ – Nassco Inc. announced the acquisition of CTL Company, Inc. of Wausau, WI.
CTL Company, Inc. also known as “Call The Leader” is a 60 year old distributor of janitorial supplies in northern and central Wisconsin. CTL also provides commercial kitchen design services and is a distributor of KEY-BAK retractable key and badge holder retractors.
Nassco, founded in 1955, is a third generation family business providing janitorial and packaging supplies throughout Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. In addition, Nassco provides service and repair of janitorial equipment; laundry and ware wash systems and packaging equipment. “CTL is a perfect fit to the Nassco family business as we both promote excellence in service and expertise in our markets. CTL has an exceptional reputation in Wisconsin and we welcome the CTL team to Nassco,” said Mark Melzer, the president of Nassco Inc.
CTL Company, Inc. will operate as a subsidiary of Nassco Inc. from its current facility at 7713 Bombardier Court in Wausau.
