NSF International Strategic Registrations Appoints New Business Development Manager
ANN ARBOR, Mich. - Jeff Carr has been appointed Business Development Manager for NSF International Strategic Registrations, Inc. (NSF-ISR). In his new role, Carr will be responsible for managing all aspects of sales for NSF's registration audit services in the Midwest.
Carr joins NSF-ISR with over thirty years of experience in high-technology manufacturing, supply chain management and the certification industry. He worked for The Boeing Company for 20 years, holding several leading positions, including Director of St. Louis Quality Operations.
"Jeff holds quality management systems expertise in the aerospace, governmental and manufacturing sectors and has worked to build strong relationships with several accreditation bodies," said NSF-ISR General Manager Christian Lupo. "His strengths not only lie in his extensive knowledge and expertise, but his ability to provide outstanding customer service to our clients. We are excited to welcome him to our team."
Other work experience includes his service as Director of Business Development for Verify, Inc., a provider of supplier quality, supply chain management and technical support services for aerospace, high technology, and quality critical applications. As President of Quality Systems Consulting, Jeff has led and consulted with several large organizations to achieve registration to international standards, such as ISO 9001, AS9120, AS9003, and AS9120. He has held key leadership positions with McDonnell Douglas and Rockwell International.
Carr is a member of the American Society for Quality and a liaison member of the Americas Aerospace Quality Group (AAQG) Registrar Management Committee, a cooperative organization within the aerospace industry and a committee of SAE International.
Carr received his M.B.A. in management systems from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California, and his B.S. in business administration from West Virginia University in Morgantown, West Virginia.
