Berea, Ohio - NOSHOK offers a range of heavy duty sanitary pressure measurement solutions, designed to meet the stringent demands of the food & beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical and biomedical industries. All NOSHOK Sanitary Instruments can be cleaned-in-place (C.I.P) and steamed-in-place (S.I.P), and the gauges are suitable for autoclave (only dry case gauges are recommended for autoclave). All NOSHOK Sanitary Pressure Measurement Instrumentation meets the current standards for 3A and ASME BPE-2009.
10 Series Fractional Gauge
o Compact size for space restricted applications o Ranges from vacuum to 600 psi, process temperatures up to 300°F (150°C) o Gauge size 2 inch, clamp size ¾ inch
10 Series Heavy Duty Gauge
o Ranges from 30" Hg to 0 psi through 30" Hg to 600 psi o 2-1/2 and 4 inch sizes available, with 1-1/2 or 2 inch Tri-Clamp® process connections o Electropolished 304 Stainless steel case with welded 316LSS socket and Tri-Clamp® process connection
20 Series Homogenizer Gauge
o Ranges from 1,000 psi to 15,000 psi, process temperatures up to 300°F o 4 inch size with 1-1/8 inch flanged process connection o Electropolished 304 stainless steel case with welded 316L stainless steel socket and process connection for greater performance in high pressure applications
11 Series Tri-Clamp® Mounting Transmitter
o Standard ranges from vacuum to 400 psi o Diffused semi-conductor or sputtered thin film sensor for maximum stability o 1-1/2" or 2" Tri-Clamp® connections with integral cooling extension
21 Series Homogenizer Transmitter
o Standard ranges from 1,000 psi to 15,000 psi o Span and zero adjustments o Sputtered thin film sensor for maximum stability, shock resistance and durability o 316L stainless steel housing is welded to the 1-1/8" flanged process connection for greater strength and integrity
