NCH (UK) LTD to Acquire Nation Water Treatments Ltd; Acquisition Strengthens Fast-growing Water Treatment Service Company

WEST BROMWICH, England, April 13 -- NCH (UK) Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of NCH Corporation(i)) announced today that it is acquiring Nation Water Treatments Ltd (NWT), a leading UK water treatment company and is merging it with Chem-Aqua, its water treatment division. The combined company is the fastest growing water treatment service company focused on the UK middle market. Brian Booth, the owner of NWT, will join the Chem-Aqua management team.
