WHAT: The National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) and DMAA: The Care Continuum Alliance present nationally recognized health benefits leaders from a variety of U.S. manufacturing companies for the annual Integrated Care Summit, a two-plus day educational event focused on effective prevention, wellness and disease management strategies for the workplace. The Summit responds to the growing threat chronic conditions, such as obesity and diabetes, pose to the health and productivity of the nation's workforce.

WHO: Summit keynote speakers include:

James Mault, MD, Director, Health Solutions Group, Microsoft. A key figure in the development of Microsoft's "HealthVault" system of personal health records and related applications, Dr. Mault has more than 25 years' experience in clinical medicine, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and health technology.

David M. Spratt, DO, Vice President, Medical Administration, Crown Cork & Seal Company. Scott M. Wooten, CPA, MBA, Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer, Alegent Health. Sandra Westlund-Deenihan, President & Design Engineer, Quality Float Works. By harnessing her passion for manufacturing, Westlund-Deenihan turned a family business, a metal float manufacturing company, into an industry pacesetter. The company recently received the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Small Business Blue Ribbon Award for continued strides in innovation and service. Westlund-Deenihan serves on the NAM's board of directors.

Kent E. Dubbe, Vice President, Human Resources & Organizational Development, Ariel Corp.
