Duluth, Georgia, February 13, 2009 - Murrelektronik's Exact8 and Exact12 passive distribution systems, which take the place of elaborately wired and costly junction boxes, are now available with additional features.
The Exact product lines are now equipped with white signal LEDs for Pin2, which allow clear and faultless identification of the operating conditions of the individual ports. As a result, there is a significant reduction in mounting, commissioning and service times, as well as installation and maintenance costs. Murrelektronik also produces the Exact line without LED lights. These variants are suitable for applications with special voltages and can be used for high voltages of up to 125 V.
Due to the minus switching logic, distribution boxes for some Asian and American markets have to be designed differently from those distributed in the European markets. To meet these requirements, Murrelektronik makes available Exact8 and Exact12 systems with NPN/PNP logic as well.
The Exact8 and Exact12 passive distribution systems feature an ultra-slim design for use in compact spaces, with the Exact8 available with up to 10 ports for sensor and actuator optimization and the Exact12 available with either 4 or 8 ports.
