Murray Percival Company Eyes Next-Generation Supply Chain Management with Appointment of New Purchasing Manager
Michigan-based electronics distributor and process specialist, Murray Percival, has named experienced industry professional, Laura M. Martin, as its new Purchasing Manager. Joining the team with nearly nine years of purchasing experience with high profile companies, the new recruit will extend the company's ability to provide an extensive range of equipment, processes and consumables to the printed circuit board assembly and repair industries.
In her new role, Laura will be charged with refining and further developing the company's 50 years of successful principal and vendor relationships. Taking supply chain management to the next level, Laura's employment follows the recent appointment of Murray Percival's first lean champion - all part of the company's ongoing pursuit of more sophisticated supply chain controls. Laura joins the Murray Percival Company with extensive purchasing and inventory management experience. The new Purchasing Manager holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and an undergraduate degree from Central Michigan University College of Business.
