Hoofddorp, Netherlands: Murata and Athelia Solutions, a subsidiary of Air Liquide Services, today announced that they have signed an agreement to cooperate in the development of RFID based asset tracking solutions for objects like metal containers in different shapes and sizes. Murata will bring hardware, such as the flexible and innovative MAGICSTRAP® technology, and its technical expertise of building reliable RF solutions into the cooperation. In particular, Murata's experience working with the leading cell phone manufacturers and as a key supplier of components and modules to this industry is much valued.
