New Enterprise Mobility Channel Chief to Expand Motorola's PartnerSelect Program
HOLTSVILLE, N.Y. - 25 July 2007 - The enterprise mobility business of Motorola, Inc. (NYSE: MOT) today announced the appointment of Jeremy Butt as vice president of worldwide channels. Butt will oversee Motorola's award-winning PartnerSelect channel program, and align new product and technology development with services and channel strategies for bringing enterprise mobility solutions to market.
Motorola is continuing to focus on the channel to increase its presence and market share with service providers, retail, warehousing, transportation and logistics, healthcare, manufacturing and government customers. With a unique combination of mobility devices and application partners, Motorola enables business-critical applications from the corner office to the mobile office to the shop floor.

"Motorola has a wealth of expertise in enterprise mobility solutions - providing a complete, end-to-end solution that seamlessly delivers critical business applications faster both inside and outdoors," said Butt. "Combined with the expertise from our extensive global ecosystem of channel partners, we're making it easier than ever for enterprises to mobilize their applications, operations and workforce."
Prior to joining Motorola, Butt was vice president, EMEA, for WatchGuard Technologies, a leading provider of security solutions to SMB and enterprise customers.
