"After we hook up to their systems, they enter an order once into their computers to simultaneously generate a purchase order to Collars and Couplings and set up the payable for themselves. For customers without XML capabilities, Collars and Couplings accepts orders and payments via EDI," he adds.
Collars and Couplings caters only to wholesalers, primarily power transmission, industrial supply and fastener distributors. End users who try to order are referred by Collars and Couplings to its authorized distributors.
