(Sparta, NJ) - August 10, 2007 - Monzesi Group will be one of many companies participating in SOUTH-TEC Advanced Productivity Exposition (APEX), taking place on October 2-4, 2007, at the Charlotte Convention Center, Charlotte, N.C.
Monzesi Group will display a Monza 410 CNC 1 Centerless Grinder with MonVibro Automation, Coral Mist Collector and CFS Coolant Filtration System. Monzesi Group builds high precision grinding machine tools, encompassing Monza Centerless Grinders, Viotto Double and Single Disc Grinders, and MonVibro, their dedicated Automation Division.
Monza manufactures of over 25 models of Centerless Grinders: Conventional, Single Axis CNC, Multi Axis CNC, both thrufeed and infeed. Monza Centerless Grinders offer sub-micron tolerance capability and some features include dual grip spindles, hydrodynamic bearings, and posi-guard anti-contamination system for slides, among others. Over 35 models of Viotto surface Disc type Grinders are available: Double Disc & Single Disc, Vertical & Horizontal configurations. Viotto Disc Grinders are designed to run CBN, diamond, and conventional grinding wheels.
