Made from square tubing and sheet metal, the cut angles must be right in this salon chair. Using the system's precision adjustable angles, it is easy to check the quality of the stock before starting to weld. If the angle of the part doesn't match the fixture, the part needs to be fixed before welding can begin. The fixture provides an in-process gauge for checking parts before the first arc is struck.
