Milacron Names Ron Krisanda Chief Operating Officer

Proven leader to bolster executive leadership team in newly created position
CINCINNATI, Ohio – Milacron LLC, a global plastics industry leader with the widest range of plastics processing equipment, technologies and services in the world has named Ron Krisanda to the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer (COO).
In this position, Ron will be responsible for manufacturing, engineering, technology, research and development, quality, continuous improvement, environmental health and safety for Milacron’s global businesses. He will report directly to Tom Goeke, Milacron’s Chief Executive Officer and reside in the UK to strategically link Milacron operations globally.
According to Goeke, Krisanda is uniquely qualified for this position. "Ron is an experienced international business leader with the knowledge and expertise to create global operations that consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience — from delivery to quality to time-to-market performance. This is an extremely critical role in fulfilling on our commitment to be the plastics industry’s leading global solutions provider."
Prior to joining Milacron, Krisanda was COO of Edwards Group Limited, a UK manufacturer of sophisticated vacuum pumps and abatement systems, a portfolio company of affiliates of CCMP Capital Advisors, LLC. He was instrumental in driving a significant operational improvement program, helping to improve Edwards’ cost position and bringing its operations closer to key customers. He also led the Technology organization and positioned the company for growth and market share gains, especially in the General Vacuum Division.
In addition, Krisanda held senior management positions with Tyco International, including President of Tyco Fire Security Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) operations, President of Tyco Safety Products, and VP of Operations for Tyco Plastics. Ron started his career with Ford Motor Company and also spent time living in Asia with Motorola as the VP/GM of their Broadband Division.

Krisanda holds a BS degree in mechanical engineering from Clarkson University in New York and an MS degree in manufacturing systems from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania.
