The award was presented to the company during a May 12, 2011 ceremony that took place at the Shanghai Everbright Convention & Exhibition Center during NEPCON China 2011.
The VisionscapeŽ Smart Camera combines a compact form factor with the broad applicability, versatility and proven performance of the VisionscapeŽ Machine Vision Software. Designed for use in a wide range of applications, the VisionscapeŽ smart camera provides a cost-effective, easily deployed solution for manufacturers to monitor quality, control processes, or identify and trace parts on production lines.

In addition to extensive visual inspection and measurement parameters, the software provides identification and traceability of barcodes, 2D symbols and Optical Character Recognition (OCR).
