Michael Reilly Promoted to Manager of Product Engineering

Milwaukee, Wis. – PFlow Industries, the pioneer and leading manufacturer of vertical reciprocating conveyors, is proud to announce the promotion of Michael Reilly to Manager of Product Engineering. He will report to the Vice President of Engineering, Mark Webster.

“I am fortunate to have Michael leading our design engineering group,” says Webster. “He is an excellent engineer with a passion for his work, and enjoys tackling the daily design challenges we face as a custom equipment manufacturer. His efforts contribute significantly toward Pflow’s goal of remaining a leader in vertical material handling.”

For nearly 6 years, Michael has been performing project engineering, scheduling and other important functions within the engineering department. He has also played a key role in many recent process improvements. As manager, he will now lead PFlow’s team of skilled technical designers and drafters and take on the additional responsibility of managing all engineering work associated with producing PFlow’s products. Michael appreciates the opportunity he has at PFlow to play an integral role in the development of highly specialized projects; his most memorable to date was a 16,000 lb. capacity servo-mechanical screw lift designed to scan aircraft via on-board radar equipment supplied by the customer.

He received his BS in Mechanical Engineering for the Milwaukee School of Engineering in 1996 and has applied his mechanical design expertise at several employee and family-owned companies prior to joining PFlow. His most notable professional accomplishment is being named on a patent for a carrier tape vibrating module used in the inspection and packaging of semi-conductor integrated circuits.

Outside the office, Michael enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his wife and 2 sons.
