Charlotte, NC - Metso Power, a front-runner in fluidized bed combustion systems, is now stocking boiler tubing and membrane bar in a wide range of material grades and sizes. The bulk of its strategic inventory will be located in Metso's Lancaster, SC Service Center which also offers full service OEM quality pressure part fabrication to meet its customer's emergency needs on a 24/7 basis.
Stocking a full inventory of tubing in its U.S. locations enables Metso to deliver timely planned shipments while also being able to deliver tubing for emergency situations throughout North America. Unlike most tubing distributors, customers also have the added benefit of utilizing Metso's technology and engineering capabilities for more complex pressure parts deliveries.

Primarily used in the pulp and paper industry, composite tubing is always in stock and available along with an extensive cross-section of carbon and alloy tubing that is continuing to grow. Customers can also purchase membrane bar in custom sizes using Metso's specialized bar sizing equipment. Metso uses a careful selection process in building its stocking inventory which includes close collaboration with customers and stocking those items which are required to meet their future needs.
