Metrohm's MISP system can dramatically reduce operating costs and significantly increase accuracy. Previously, sample preparation steps were carried out before the sample was placed on the sample changer but now these steps are performed inline.
Inline ultrafiltration - Low to medium load surface water, ground water, waste water, digestion/ extraction solutions etc.
Inline Dialysis -Determination ionic contents of milk, dairy products, emulsions, dispersions, fresh fruit juice with pulp
Inline Matrix Elimination - Ions in solvents and matrices like H2O2. The ions are trapped on preconcentration column and the matrix washed away.
Inline Neutralization - Anions concentrated and viscous alkalis/acids. Neutralization is carried out inline while two other units are regenerated and rinsed offline, in parallel.
Inline Preconcentration - Quality of ultrapure water in power plant and semiconductor industries.
Inline Calibration - Reliable and reproducible calibrations at very low concentrations which may require preconcentration.
