MetalTek International Receives Continued Nadcap Accreditation for Heat Treat

Press release date: March 3, 2014

Nadcap recognizes MetalTek International for its commitment to continual improvement in aerospace quality

MetalTek International - Wisconsin Centrifugal Division announces that it has received continued Nadcap accreditation for Heat Treat. The accreditation demonstrates MetalTek’s ongoing commitment to quality by satisfying customer requirements and industry specifications. Their impressive, uninterrupted 19 year history of Nadcap Heath Treat Certification dates back to 11/21/1995.

“The planning is critical, but it takes the entire team to maintain it every day” said Tom Garcia, Quality Manager at MetalTek Wisconsin Centrifugal. “Processes are more robust now than when we were first certified and our people continue to find ways to make them even better.”

“Achieving Nadcap accreditation is not easy: it is one of the ways in which the aerospace industry identifies those who excel at manufacturing quality product through superior special processes. Companies such as MetalTek International work hard to obtain this status and they should be justifiably proud of it,” said Joe Pinto, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at the Performance Review Institute. “PRI is proud to support continual improvement in the aerospace industry by helping companies such as MetalTek International be successful and we look forward to continuing to assist the industry moving forward.”
