Met-Pro Corporation Technical Director Named to Philadelphia Air Pollution Control Board


Harleysville, PA, September 10, 2008 - Raymond J. De Hont, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Met-Pro Corporation (NYSE: MPR), announced today that the Company's Technical Director, Thomas V. Edwards, has been named to the City of Philadelphia Air Pollution Control Board. The Air Pollution Control Board helps to promulgate regulations to prevent the degradation of air quality and air pollution nuisances by limiting, controlling, or prohibiting the emission of air contaminants to the atmosphere from any sources.
