Harleysville, PA, February 4, 2010 - Raymond J. De Hont, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Met-Pro Corporation (NYSE:MPR), announced today that effective February 1, 2010, the Company has consolidated its Duall, Flex-Kleen and Met-Pro Systems business units into a single business unit, Met-Pro Environmental Air Solutions, which will remain a part of Met-Pro's Product Recovery/Pollution Control Technologies platform.
"The newly-formed Met-Pro Environmental Air Solutions business unit will allow us to improve our capacity utilization, reduce our cost structure and improve our competitive positioning and profitability," stated De Hont.
