CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Goodrich Corporation (NYSE: GR) has been selected by Mesa Air Group, Inc. to provide landing gear maintenance services for its fleet of Bombardier CRJ700 and CRJ900 aircraft. The multi-year agreement will encompass all scheduled repair and overhaul services including the use of Goodrich-owned rotable landing gear assets.
Goodrich is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of the Bombardier CRJ700 and CRJ900 landing gear. It is also one of the largest landing gear overhaul maintenance suppliers in the industry. Mike Secord, vice president of aftermarket for Goodrich's Landing Gear business said, "We are pleased to be selected as the value service provider for Mesa's CRJ700/900 landing gear maintenance needs. Mesa currently operates 77 aircraft with over 453 daily system departures to 95 cities, 35 states, Canada, Mexico and the District of Columbia. Mesa operates as US Airways Express and United Express under contractual agreements with US Airways and United Airlines, respectively, and independently as go! Mokulele. Mesa, founded by Larry and Janie Risley in New Mexico in 1982, has approximately 2,800 employees.
