SUNNYVALE, Calif., March 14, 2011 - Meru Networks, Inc., (Nasdaq: MERU), the leader in 802.11n virtualized wireless LAN solutions for enterprise networking, today announced that the company's 2010 annual meeting of shareholders will be held on June 8, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time. The meeting will be held at the company's headquarters located at 894 Ross Drive, Sunnyvale, Calif., 94089. The record date for the annual meeting is set for April 15, 2011 and only shareholders of record on that date are eligible to attend and vote at the meeting. Meru Networks intends to begin mailing the proxy statements for the annual meeting to shareholders on or about May 2, 2011.
