ROANOKE, Va., Jan. 20, 2011 - Meridium, the global leader in asset performance management (APM) software and consulting services, announced that Bonz Hart, Meridium CEO, and Joe Nichols, Meridium Vice President Product Strategy, will join Bernie Cooper, CEO of Silcar (2001-2010), and Jeff Dudley, Maintenance Technology Center Director for The Dow Chemical Company, at ARC Advisory Group's 2011 World Industry Forum taking place February 7-10, 2011, in Orlando.
The topic of Mr. Dudley's presentation for this event is "Achieving World Class Reliability through Leadership and Culture." Experts agree that there is a direct link between a plant's financial/operational performance and the reliability of its assets. By leading with and creating a culture of encouraging people to take personal accountability for recognizing, reporting and acting on failures, errors or unfavorable conditions, companies will minimize the impact of unplanned events, and move toward becoming high-reliability organizations. It's estimated that, if organizations do not make the minimization of all unplanned events a priority, they are probably using up to 10% of their revenue stream on dealing with unplanned events. Joe Nichols will join Mr. Dudley for a panel discussion at the conclusion of the Achieving World Class Reliability session.

Following the presentation there will be a panel discussion which will include Mr. Cooper and Bonz Hart.
