Advisory Council Allows Customers to Influence Future Product Direction

REDWOOD CITY, Calif., Nov. 30-- Merced Systems, the leader in customer operations performance management applications, announced today the formation of the Merced Systems Customer Advisory Council. The customer advisory council consists of key leaders from individual customers and formally meets twice a year to provide Merced Systems with ongoing product enhancement suggestions and feedback.

Members of the customer advisory council will be eligible to:

o Provide formal feedback on future product direction and enhancements

o Participate in product beta test programs

o Take part in ongoing usability studies

o Receive product previews
