Lago Vista, TX, September 18,2006 - MEN Micro, Inc., (www.menmicro.com), a leading supplier of industrial real-time and embedded computer products, has formed a strategic alliance with ACT/Technico of Warminster, PA, making that firm the primary distributor for MEN Micro's products in the U.S. ACT/Technico is a supplier and integrator of real-time and embedded systems.

"Our two companies have worked together for some time now and we believe this alliance will help MEN Micro continue to grow and better support its customers in North America," said Ernest Godsey, president of MEN Micro, Inc. Formalizing this relationship will enable MEN Micro to better leverage ACT/Technico's expertise so that we both can achieve our goals."

MEN Micro and ACT/Technico have been technology partners since 2001. ACT/Technico has integrated MEN'S single-board computers and other board-level embedded products into a number of systems for the military/aerospace and embedded industrial computer marketplace.

In recent years, ACT/Technico has integrated MEN Micro's products into many different types of systems, including industrial real-time process control, telecommunications and communications applications, ruggedized military systems and others. ACT/Technico has designed and integrated system solutions for a wide variety of organizations including NASA, AT&T, Raytheon and Lockheed Martin.
