New Position Supports Company Focus on Superior Service, Quality & Performance
TAMPA, Florida - February 8, 2008 - McNichols Company announced today the recent promotion of Jeff Croskey to Vice President of Operations as part of its continuing focus on customer service. Croskey has been named to the position at the company's corporate headquarters in Tampa, FL.
Formerly Director of National Operations, Croskey will continue to oversee the national plant operating activities at McNichols' 17 metals service centers, as well as the company's ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System, Sales Engineering Services and Facilities Departments. He joined the company in February 2006 and has played an integral role in significant physical and efficiency improvements with the company's service center operations. For the last two years, Croskey's valuable plant experience has complemented McNichols' mission of providing customers with superior service, quality and performance.
Prior to joining The Hole Team, Jeff worked for Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company and Crestline Homes in North Carolina. He has a Masters degree from Wake Forest University's Babcock School of Management, and he is also a graduate of Ohio State University with a degree in Aeronautical/Astronautical Engineering.
