TAMPA, Florida - April 8, 2008 - McNichols Company announces today the recent appointment of new Operations Management positions at its Los Angeles, CA, service center and its founding facility in Cleveland, OH.
Len Marsden has been named as Cleveland Operations Manager. Len will oversee the daily warehouse activities at the company's founding location, including staff supervision, inventory control, on-time delivery of product and fabrication services and equipment. He brings extensive knowledge of operations to The Hole Team, which he cultivated from his previous position as operation manager for a trucking equipment company. Prior to joining the private sector, Len served our nation for 22 years in the United States Army and is a retired First Sergeant. He is also an alumnus of the University of Akron, with a bachelor of science degree.
Steve Snodgrass has been named as Los Angeles Operations Manager. Steve has a bachelor of science degree in management from Pepperdine University and brings a wealth of experience in operations management, production management and project engineering to The Hole Team. His responsibilities will include daily warehouse activities such as staff supervision, inventory control, product delivery and fabrication, and equipment maintenance.
