West Caldwell, New Jersey - MaxLite®, a leading global manufacturer and marketer of innovative LED products, announces the addition of its LED Round Flat Panel Pendant to the ENERGY STAR® list of qualified lighting products. The contemporary-styled 45-watt LED Round Flat Panel Pendant, which recently received Lighting for Tomorrow’s Honorable Mention in the 2012 Solid-State Lighting (SSL) Residential Lighting Products Design Competition, has a 24-inch round shape that traditional technologies cannot create.

The LED Round Pendant, with a thin profile that is less than three-inches, is designed with an integral driver within the fixture that operates on 100- to 277-volt systems with full-range dimming capabilities. It can be cable-hung or surface mounted easily in offices, homes, schools, car dealerships, medical facilities, hospitality and retail environments, and other spaces that demand sophistication. Proprietary binned LED chips, combined with the micro-surface optic incorporated diffuser, reduce glare and deliver even, shadow-free light distribution, a high lumen output, and accurate color rendering.
The fixture is available in white or black architectural gloss finishes and offered in warm and cooler LED color temperatures.
