Patented MATERIAL MASTER(TM) BULK BAG DISCHARGING SYSTEM provides sealed discharge of fine, dusty powders. A Sure-Seal(TM) actuated spout clamping system seals the bag discharge spout for dust-tight operation, while a Flo-Master(TM) bag massaging system and variable speed gravimetric feeder provide reliable metering of materials. A Flo-Lock(TM) actuated discharge spout closure system halts material flow for partial bag discharging. System includes a custom operator access platform, and fully integrated dust collection. Product contact surfaces are polished 304 stainless steel. Systems are custom designed for your specific application requirements.
