Master Distributors, a leading distributor of electromechanical, interconnect and passive components, announces that it carries a wide range of switches manufactured by Carling Technologies. The available rocker, toggle, push button, and rotary style switches come with a variety of aesthetic and functional options, including circuit configurations, AC & DC ratings, insulated and watershedding constructions, termination options, mounting options, custom colors and imprinting.

Carling Technologies is a leading manufacturer of switches used in the transportation industry for on/off road vehicles, trucks, buses, boats, and trains. The stylish and modern-look Contura Series and L-Series family of illuminated and non-illuminated rocker switches have set the industry standard for sealed switches. They offer complete protection against dust and prolonged effects of spray and immersion under pressure, and are sealed to an ingress protection rating of IP66 and IP68. The switches are also recognized to UL1500 ignition protection for marine products.

Numerous options are available for Contura and L-Series switches, including ratings, terminations, removable actuators and lenses, actuator styles, textures, colors, symbols, illuminations, and circuits.

"We are pleased to distribute our switches through Master, which does an excellent job of stocking the complete breadth of the Carling Technologies product line," said Chris Dostaler, Distribution Sales Manager for Carling Technologies.
