Complete range meets military specifications and electrical agency ratings

Master Distributors, a leading distributor of electromechanical, interconnect and passive components, announces that it carries a complete line of circuit protection products manufactured by Carling Technologies. Ideal for use in the telecommunication, medical, computer, office and factory automation, transportation, and industrial controls industries, the Carling Technologies circuit protectors are available to meet all electrical agency ratings required by the market.

Extremely durable and equipped with numerous safety features, Carling Technology circuit breakers are designed and tested to meet military specifications found in MIL-PRF-55629 MIL-std-202. This ensures that they can resist the damaging effects of natural elements and conditions surrounding military operations, and physical and electrical tests. The circuit breakers also meet government procurement requirements for commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products.

Carling Technologies offers a range of sizes, from miniature M-Series hydraulic magnetic circuit breakers (0.02 to 25 amps), to the UL489 C-Series and the E-Series hydraulic magnetic circuit breakers (0.02 amps to 100 amps), to the F-Series hydraulic/magnetic circuit breakers (100-700 amps).

The circuit breakers are equipped with numerous safety and aesthetic features and options requested by customers. They are offered with precise time delays from instantaneous to ultra-long, two-color actuators to indicate ON or OFF, illuminated actuators, actuator guards, actuator mid-position trip-only indication with or without alarm switch, auxiliary switches in trip-only or standard configuration, special circuits, dual coil functions, front panel snap-in mountings, rocker panel plugs, power selector device, custom housing and actuator colors with the latest in styling. Several of the breaker series meet the UL 1500 ignition-protection test for marine products.
