Martin-Brower Continues Its Commitment to Greening the Supply Chain

PURCHASING ADDITIONAL OORJA PROTONICS FUEL CELLS

FREMONT, CA. - Today, The Martin-Brower Company, L.L.C. (Martin-Brower) and Oorja Protonics jointly announced the second purchase order in six months by Martin-Brower of the OorjaPac Model III fuel cell for use at its distribution facilities.

Deployment of the first order of the Oorja fuel cells assisted in reducing Martin-Brower's Stockton California facility's energy usage while increasing productivity at the center. It is expected the second order will return even greater green results with the entire Martin-Brower Stockton pallet jack fleet converted to fuel cell technology.

"We are a dedicated distribution company that is committed to reducing carbon emissions and energy usage throughout our operations. We constantly evaluate the manner and efficiency of how product arrives in our warehouses, where the product is stored and the method in which we deliver the product to our customers to ensure a green supply chain," said Steve Domokos, Vice President Martin-Brower's North American Operations.

"Oorja Protonics is very pleased to continue to work with Martin-Brower and help them meet their sustainability goals. The company is truly an innovative logistics leader," said Oorja's founder and CEO Sanjiv Malhotra.
