Marshall County has made the commitment to maintain and improve their standard of care

MADISON, Conn. - Marshall County 9-1-1 has adopted and deployed the PowerPhone Total Response CACH (Computer Aided Call Handling) solution because their commitment to their community is critical. This was an enormous effort by the three agencies who dedicated investing time and resources in making improvements so the Total Response solution would be significant to the call takers, on scene responders and citizens of the community.

I am excited the Marshall County agencies are focused on improving its current operations to provide callers and on scene responders with optimum service. One of the steps of accreditation is having their calls for service randomly selected for evaluation using a standardized method. System performance is scored and evaluated to identify areas of strength as well as weakness. This type of performance evaluation provides data to guide efforts for agency and process improvement. Participation in this process demonstrates Marshall County's focused dedication to quality and accountability. The staff at Marshall County has a process in place to continuously monitor the level of service being provided to those in need.
