Chantilly, Va. - July 9, 2008 - InfinityQS® International, the leading provider of real-time Statistical Process Control (SPC) software, today announced that Mars Inc., a major producer of pet care and food products, has deployed InfinityQS ProFicient software in a number of their North American sites to systematically improve product quality.
Mars' objective was to implement a real-time SPC solution that would provide the necessary tools for executing process improvement initiatives in a flexible and user-friendly format. Mars quality professionals and plant managers will use the software's analysis capabilities to make proactive process improvement decisions in real-time.

This database structure allows Mars to conduct comparative analysis of any part running across any process (machine) with just a few mouse clicks.
