Mark Kushner Joins AL Systems as VP of Operations


Experienced Operating Leadership Strengthens Client Delivery

Rockaway, NJ - December 15, 2006 - AL Systems, Inc., the leading supplier of software solutions for improving distribution, announces Mark Kushner as Vice President of Operations, accountable for satisfying the needs of clients as the leader of project management, engineering, customer service and production. Mark brings more than 15 years of experience leading operations, in both successful startup and public companies that provide clients with supply chain technology solutions.

Mark joins AL Systems from Systech International, the global provider of packaging efficiency and product safety solutions to the pharmaceutical industry, where he led operations as Vice President of Corporate Development. Previously, Mark served as Vice President of Market Strategy for Manugistics, Inc., the global provider of synchronized supply chain and revenue management solutions. Mark has held a number of leadership positions in operations, product management, marketing, business and corporate development. He received a B.S. in Business Administration from Drexel University and a J.D. from American University, and lives in Budd Lake, NJ with his wife Lauren.
