Manitowoc Foodservice will implement the 4CS software for online warranty processing, product registration, notifications of campaign and service bulletins, extended warranty and service contracts, and supplier recovery. 4CS iWarranty will enable Manitowoc Foodservice distributors and service providers to submit claims and create registrations using a web interface. The 4CS system will facilitate tracking and management of parts returns, inspection data and supplier recovery. The 4CS Service Intelligence module will enable improvements in reporting to address product and vendor issues in a timely fashion.
