Boge Compressors will be exhibiting at Hannover Fair 2011 in Hannover, Germany from 4 - 8 April. Visitors to Stand No. B48 in Hall 26 will be able to see some of their latest innovations and product developments.
Continual research and development is invested to create cutting edge and energy efficient compressed air solutions. There are a number of new product developments and innovations that Boge will be exhibiting this year.
The Boge Stand will officially launch the extended belt driven C series screw compressors range. Available up to 22 kW, the extended range has been engineered to generate industry leading free air deliveries, sound pressure values and specific power characteristics. These compressors are highly efficient, extremely quiet in operation and require only a minimum footprint.
Visitors to Stand B48 in Hall 26 will also see the recently extended K series range. The new 40 bar K 15 has extended this popular range of oil free piston compressors and presents a unique high pressure oil-free proposition ideal for the pharmaceutical, food, laboratory and microprocessor industries.
Boge will showcase a 40 HP oil-free compressor innovation that combines a built- in catalytic convertor and delivers a certified air quality to ISO 8573-1. This new product development cost effectively generates oil-free air for the medium sized oil-free compressed air user.
Boge will be exhibiting a new stand alone Duotherm heat recovery system. Up to 80% of input electrical energy can be recovered from a screw compressor in the form of heat. The energy recovered via a Duotherm can be used for pre-heating domestic water. The associated energy costs can therefore be offset. The new stand alone Duotherm system is the ideal solution where the compressed air user wants to implement an energy efficient solution to an existing compressed air system.
Boge will also launch an innovative new range of energy saving desiccant compressed air dryers at this exhibition. This new range boasts energy savings of up to 75% over its conventional counterparts. They are extremely quiet in operation due to innovative purge silencing and virtually maintenance free.
For further energy savings a new control system will be exhibited that monitors and optimizes the compressed air system. Visitors to the Boge stand will be able to view the next generation airtelligence PROVIS plus a product enhancement that perfectly encapsulates the advantages of implementing an intelligent and comprehensive energy management system.
