Mainz Municipal Utilities Provider Selects Top Image Systems' eFLOW for Invoice Processing

German energy supplier uses eFLOW to process tens of thousands of incoming invoices per year faster and at lower cost
Tel Aviv / Cologne - Top Image Systems, Ltd. (NASDAQ : TISA), a leading provider of ECM (Enterprise Content Management) intelligent content capture and delivery solutions, announced today that they successfully closed a deal with Stadtwerke Mainz AG (SWM), the municipal utilities of the City of Mainz. SWM, a large regional supplier of electricity, gas and water grids with its own waterworks, will use eFLOW to process more than 40,000 incoming invoices every year. eFLOW Invoice along with its eFLOW Invoice for SAP component will rapidly and accurately capture all relevant data and automatically deliver it to the SAP back-end system of record.
With the help of the new solution, the company will be able to halve turnaround times, drastically reduce the costs related to invoice processing, and take advantage of early-payment discounts. At the same time, employees will be relieved from purely routine tasks in order to focus on creating added value.
