Mainstream has provided custom cooling and heating coils for many years to a wide range of customers including mechanical service contractors and end users. Emergency production cycles as short as one business day are available on all coils for general HVAC applications. Mainstream often provides field measurement by our own representatives for larger projects to ensure that the replacement coils will be an exact match to the existing coils.
Mainstream provides the following cooling and heating coils:
Chilled Water Coils
are available up thru 12 rows deep, with unlimited circuiting options to obtain optimum performance. Stainless steel casings are commonly used on cooling coils. Hot Water Coils
are similar design to chilled water coils, except they are typically between one and four rows deep.
Non-Freeze Steam Coils
can be provided with 5/8" OD or 1" OD tubes, and casings are pitched to ensure positive condensate return. Duct Reheat Hot Water Coils
are stocked in many different sizes for immediate availability, one or two rows deep. These coils can be customized to match existing sheet metal.
Evaporator (DX) Cooling Coils
are available in single, dual or multiple circuit configurations, with or without hot gas bypass. Industrial Coils
are built using special materials and configurations to meet the most demanding requirements for special process applications and marine environments.
Condenser Coils
can be provided with special coatings to withstand the elements, and can be designed to exactly match existing coils in flat, L-shaped, or U-shaped configurations.
