MAXxess Systems Names Frank Soltero as Senior Applications Engineer
Anaheim, CA - March 10, 2009 - MAXxess Systems Inc. today announced the appointment of Frank
Soltero to the position of Senior Applications Engineer. With more than 20 years of experience in
security consulting and security systems, Soltero has a wealth of experience with security industry
customers.
Soltero most recently served as Western Regional Applications Engineer at Software House, a
manufacture of Enterprise class access control platforms. Prior to Software House, Soltero served as
Global Training Manager and Application Engineer at Johnson Controls. During his six-year tenure
with Johnson Controls, Soltero was responsible for international and domestic training as well as the
provision of professional services.

This is the fourth significant announcement that MAXxess has made this month alone. Earlier the
company announced that John Sayer of Johnson Controls had joined the company as European
Technical Sales Manager, Bruce Gerbl as VP of Sales and Nancy Islas was appointed President.
