October 2006 - We are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. THOMAS OLEKSY to the position of Vice President and General Manager, M.J. Maillis Group North America.
Mr. Oleksy will be responsible for leading the activities for both Maillis Strapping Systems and Wulftec International Inc. along with developing and implementing new strategies that will continue our growth and expansion of business in North America.
Coming to us from the "ROHO GROUP, Inc", where he has worked since 2000, as President and C.E.O. Prior to that, Tom led the "FERGUSON" a Division of Crane Co, the "NEWTEC INCORPORATED, Division of ITW and "MATEER-BURT" Division of GEI International PLC.
Mr. Oleksy has extensive experience in the Packaging Industry and has served on the Executive Committee of PMMI for five years and as Chairman of the Board of Directors for one year. Prior to that he served as a Director and Chairman of the International Trade Committee. Tom is currently a member of PMMI's President's Advisory Council.
