ROCHESTER, NEW YORK, USA - September 5, 2007 - Lucid, Inc., a leading U.S. cellular imaging and technology company, today announced the appointment of Clifford Perlis, M.D., M.Be., as the new U.S. Medical Director. He is currently the Director of Mohs Surgery in the Department of Medical Oncology at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia.
In the newly created position at Lucid, Dr. Perlis will play a key role in the direction of Lucid's clinical and medical research programs, support medical training and marketing initiatives, and aid in the submission of IRB protocols to third party organizations.
Dr. Perlis received his M.D. degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine in Philadelphia, and also holds a Masters in Bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania.

The company plans to initially apply these innovative imaging technologies in the field of dermatology, allowing my peers to attain a level of diagnostic capability similar to that radiologists routinely achieve using MRI and CT scans of the body.
