CLEVELAND, December 14, 2010 - At today's regular meeting of the board of directors of The Lubrizol Corporation (NYSE: LZ), the board declared a regular quarterly dividend of 36 cents per share payable March 10, 2011, to holders of record at the close of business on February 10, 2011.
